Subscription Rates for the Calendar Year 2007

PlanetInform will work with you to determine the right products for your library, identify the number of users who need access, suggest ways to effectively introduce the benefits of using PlanetInform into your organization, and provide special discounts for you.
Pricing for e-books and imprints – whether individual volumes or series – are provided together with descriptions on product cards. If you buy complete sets or place a standing order, we’ll provide you with significant discounts.

How Our Relationship Works

After Your Place an Order:
Step 1. Setting Up Your Account
We set up your account. You provide us your company name, contact name, email, phone number and mailing address.

Step 2. How You Pay
You have various choices:
1) You can pay everything at once,and we’ll invoice you for the whole amount.
2) You can pay quarterly by credit card. We need your credit card number with expiration date; we’ll charge you every three months and send you a receipt.
3) You can also pay quarterly by check. Every three months we will bill you.
4) You can pay monthly by creditcard or check.

Step 3. Contract
We will send you an order agreement. Before yousign it please read carefully our contract (you will find a link for it in the order agreement letter). If you send the agreement by e-mail, just put your initials after the words I AGREE at the end of this agreement and send it back to us. If you send via fax, print and then sign the agreement.

Step 4. Processing Your Order
We’ll immediately process your order and invoice you.

Step 5. When We Receive Your Payment
After you have paid we’ll e-mail the following: a receipt; user name and pass code for each user. We’ll be happy to setup training for you and your staff.

You will have an account manager to help you throughout the whole year. Our training department provides free workshops during your subscription year. Just contact us when it’s convenient for you.

We use a pricing strategy structured according to products and services. Our pricing system greatly depends upon our customers’ organizational type and size. We are flexible regarding negotiations and provide excellent discounts to our customers.
Academic Libraries and Law Schools
Our pricing is based on the number of your full-time student enrollment. Factored in as well is your institutional size.

To subscribe to PIDO Online, we require a minimum of 1,000 full-time enrolled students and a maximum 30,000. If your school has over 30,000 full-time students, your subscription cost will be the same as if you had 30,000 full-time students. Should your school enroll fewer than 1,500 full-time students, your school will be charged at the rate for 1,000 full-time students.
