Terms & Conditions
We work on a 1-year licensing agreement plan and have two types of licensing agreements:
either for our entire database/reference books series or for your preferred selections
from our business information collection. We normally require an annual guaranteed
payment (amount depends on product, level of information and the time period in
which data was purchased) + royalties. Our royalties are 20-25% of your gross revenue
derived from your client use of our information products - provided or distributed
by you either online or in print. For long-term licensing agreements, we would be
happy to consider special discounts with our partners.
