How Our Relationship Works

After Your Place an Order:
Our Relationship Step-by-Step

Step 1. Setting Up Your Account
We set up your account. You provide us your company name, contact name, email, phone number and mailing address.

Step 2. How You Pay
You decide how to pay for that. Choices:

- You can pay everything at once,and we’ll invoice you for the whole amount.
- You can pay quarterly by credit card. We need a number of your credit card, and we will charge you every three-month and send you a receipt.
- You can also pay quarterly by check. Every three month we will send you a bill. In this case we need an approval from your credit company, so you have to know all the information needed for that.
- You can pay monthly by credit card or check.

Step 3. Contract
We send you an order agreement. Before you sign it please read carefully our contract (you will find a link in the order agreement letter). If you send it by e-mail, just put your initials after the words I AGREE at the end of this agreement and send us back. If you send via fax, print and please sign the agreement.

Step 4. Processing Your Order
Right away we process your order and send you an invoice.

Step 5. When We Receive Your Payment
After you pay we send you by e-mails: a receipt; user name and pass code for each user; setting-up a training*.

You will have an account manager to help you throughout the whole year.
*Training department provides a free training for the whole year. Trainers are always available for you. If, for instance, 20 users of your company have an access to our data and in 4 months two users are changed, we provide a free training for new users.
