How We Pick Distribution Channels and Build a System for You:
- Business profiles of your clients are made within carefully targeted groups.
- Your company information and advertising materials for each client group – including informational brochures, advertising materials and cover letters – are prepared in such a way as to show a potential client the unique quality of your product. Normally we do additional research on your competitors and market dynamics to figure out and stress characteristics of your products that will most interest each client group.
- To begin making contact with your potential clients we do this in two stages:
1. Personalized letters and brochures – the initial way to make first contact.
2. Follow-Ups-to start communications with the targeted company. We’ll learn from this the causes for either a positive or negative reaction from the client. This will be used to convince the client how beneficial to purchase your products and partner with you. Remember. All these clients will have been carefully screened to be your potential clients.

Your Results
- Positive results. A list comprised of interested distributors. They are going to become your distribution channels or clients. Now you can immediately start delivering your products into the Russian market.
- Negative results. We learn together the motivation of a potential client behind his/her “why not” or “why not yet.” This is also valuable in revising our sales strategy. Costs
There are several ways to build a distribution system. If you wish, we can build your system in one period of time. You can also choose to have us work on your project one step at a time with a number of distribution channels or direct B2B clients (we only work with a minimum of 500 businesses). This is a preferred solution for clients who want to pay as they go.
- Average pricing for building each distribution step is $1,000. According to our experience with different types of companies, after we’ve designed a distribution system for you, you can expect to match up with between 5 to 25% companies who evince serious interest in your product.
- If we work with even the minimum of 500 potential clients, you should expect a return of 25 to 125 companies interested in doing business with you.
- If you sell a product costing a minimum $50 – and you sell only one per client, your expenses, at any rate, will be compensated. You will not lose any money on this venture.
