Standing Order Policy

PlanetInform automatically sends Items on standing order upon their yearly publication. If you want to subscribe to a standing order - you must cancel prior to January 1st of that publication year. If, for instance, you do not want to receive your standing order for 2009, you must cancel prior to January 1, 2008.

It’s easy to change the quantities of your standing order. You just contact PlanetInform prior to January 1st of the publication year. Cancellations or quantity adjustments made after January 1st but before the shipment date will be subject to a 20% charge. If a cancellation is made after the order has been shipped, you are responsible for returning the order. Once you receive your order, you may return it within 30 days under PlanetInform’s Returns Policy. Note: Standing orders are available on an annual basis only; we cannot accommodate standing orders based on two-year cycles.

Returns Policy for Standing Orders:

You may return items you receive from PlanetInform within 30 days of delivery for an 20% restocking fee. Please include the original packing slip for the returned item. We will process your refund once you have returned the item. Standing orders that were not cancelled before January 1st are not considered erroneous
