Having Optimum Business Meetings in Russia
Bringing together members of your organization with Russian businessmen
|
|
For our clients we organize effective business negotiations with the stated final goal of signed contracts or – at the very least – an agreement of intension.
|
How we organize these business meetings
- We compile thorough business profiles of potential Russian clients.
- Working with a client we prepare a Business Offer Package for each targeted group of Russian companies. These business offers are earmarked by type: export, import, joint ventures etc. In addition, we work with a client to develop a Business Offer Package for products and services being promoted in the Russian market.
- Informational packages are sent to clients with follow-ups.
- Negotiations are held with Russian companies. If they are interested in considering or accepting a proposal, we encourage them to prepare a counter offer.
- When counter-offers are received by us from Russian companies, we put together a package and s present it to our client for consideration.
- When our client confirms a time and place for a business meeting to see if a deal can happen, we send personalized invitations to companies on the Russian side.

Effectiveness
When both sides are already aware of mutual interests and can prepare offers that reflect compromise before coming together for the meeting, it is likely that this will result in a signed contract between both parties.
If local businessmen don’t show interest in a trade offer from a foreign company, we work on figuring out what is behind the motivation for saying “no” or “not now.” We inform our client that now is an inopportune time to meet with these companies. We will do additional research if needed to advise the client on how improve a business offer. As our clients, we value your time and money. We know you come for RESULTS.

Pricing
$600-$3,500 includes everything – creating business profiles and making potential partners searches; full preparation of informational packages for both sides; sending packages and making phone calls to each targeted company; facilitating business meetings.
