The subscription service cannot be canceled following the first 48 hours of activation, or if the download to the Excel function is used within the first 48 hours of activation.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Credit Card or Invoice billing - State Sales tax will apply for HI, NJ, NM, NY, OH, SD, TX, UT and WV.

Customer agrees to pay Business Information Agency an annual subscription fee of $ plus applicable taxes. If Customer is a non-profit organization, a copy of the Customer’s tax-exempt status will be provided to Business Information Agency. The Agreement between Customer and Business Information Agency shall be effective for a period of one year. After which, and on every subsequent annual anniversary of the Invoice Date, the Agreement shall continue. Following the initial 1 year period of the Agreement, Customer may cancel the subscription upon providing Business Information Agency with 30 days’ prior written notice.

Customer expressly authorizes Business Information Agency to charge $, plus applicable taxes, to Customer’s credit card each month until such time as this Agreement has been mutually canceled.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Customer has read and understands the Business Information Agency’s subscription agreement and cancellation policy. Customer therefore agrees to Business Information Agency’s terms and conditions, the terms of which are thereby incorporated and thus made a part of this Agreement.
